Information you provide

When you submit the consultation form, Vaughan Books receives the contact and business information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business name, service interest, and message.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your inquiry, respond to you, understand which services may be relevant, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. It is not sold.

Form delivery provider

Website form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit so they can be delivered to contact@vaughanbooks.ca. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. You may instead contact Vaughan Books directly by email if you prefer not to use the form.

Advertising and referral information

If you arrive through an advertisement or campaign link, the form may include standard UTM campaign parameters and the referring page so Vaughan Books can understand how the inquiry originated. No advertising analytics platform is currently embedded on this website.

Do not submit sensitive financial information

Do not use the website form to send passwords, banking details, account numbers, tax records, financial statements, or other confidential financial documents. A suitable method for any required document exchange can be discussed after contact is established.
